Is Hibt Credited Immediately When Withdrawing From Another Platform?

Therefore, if the withdrawal platform (or wallet) shows a successful withdrawal but the Hibt platform's account has not received the digital assets, it is because the withdrawal transaction is still pending confirmation on the blockchain. Only after the miners on the blockchain confirm the transaction and reach the required number of confirmations for that specific cryptocurrency, the Hibt platform can credit your assets.
However, congestion in the blockchain can also cause delays in the confirmation of your digital assets. Only after the completion of all required block confirmations, the Hibt platform can credit your assets. Once credited, you can view the relevant assets in your account.

Please check the following:

(1) If the blockchain has not completed all confirmations, please be patient and wait for confirmation to finish.
(2) If the blockchain has completed confirmation but the deposit is not credited on the Hibt platform, please wait patiently. There might be a brief delay in platform crediting. You can also provide your account UID (email or phone number) to customer service for assistance. Customer service will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
