Hibt Pay FAQ

1. What is Hibt Pay?
Hibt Pay is a convenient all-in-one payment solution launched by the Hibt platform. With Hibt Pay, users can quickly make on-chain payments, internal transfers, and everyday payments simply by scanning a QR code.
Hibt Pay also supports bank transfers (feature coming soon).
Through Hibt Pay, you can pay for daily purchases directly with cryptocurrency—no conversion required—making payments fast and convenient.

2. How do I use Hibt Pay?
Within the Hibt App, you can use the scan feature to scan a QR code. The system will automatically identify whether the QR code corresponds to an on-chain address, a Hibt user, or a merchant, and process the appropriate transfer.
After the payment is completed, you can view your payment orders in the Hibt Pay section.

3. How does Hibt Pay handle bank transfers?
On the Hibt Pay page, select [Bank Transfer], enter the recipient’s details and bank account information, and choose the cryptocurrency to pay with. The recipient’s bank account will receive the corresponding fiat currency without requiring any additional conversion.

4. Does Hibt Pay charge any fees?
Hibt Pay does not charge any additional service fees.
For on-chain transfers, users are responsible for the applicable blockchain network fees.
When using cryptocurrency to pay for fiat-denominated purchases, users bear any exchange rate fluctuations.

5. How long does it take for a Hibt Pay payment to be completed?
• Internal transfers on Hibt: credited instantly
• On-chain transfers: subject to blockchain network congestion
• Everyday payments: typically completed within 1–3 minutes

If a payment has not been credited for an extended period, please contact customer support via the support icon on the App homepage.

6. Which cryptocurrencies are supported for Hibt Pay QR payments?
Currently, only USDT is supported. More cryptocurrencies will be added in the future.

7. Is KYC required to use Hibt Pay?
No. KYC verification is not required.

8. Are there any payment limits for Hibt Pay QR payments?
Different fiat currencies have corresponding daily limits and per-transaction limits. You can view the applicable limits on the payment page.

9. How is the exchange rate calculated for Hibt Pay QR payments?
When paying with cryptocurrency via Hibt Pay, exchange rate fluctuations may apply. The exchange rate is determined by upstream payment channels.

10. Does Hibt Pay support refunds?
No. Refunds are not supported. If a refund is required, please contact the merchant directly to arrange it.

11.Which fiat currencies does Hibt Pay support?

Currently, it supports VND, and PHP.
