Seed Tag
On HiBT, the Seed Tag is a designation used to identify and classify cryptocurrencies that are still in their very early stages of development. Tokens with this tag usually indicate that the underlying project is in its initial phase—they may not yet have a mature product or a stable user base. As such, compared to other listed tokens, cryptocurrencies with a Seed Tag may exhibit higher price volatility and carry greater investment risks.
HiBT introduced the Seed Tag mechanism to help users better perceive potential risks, especially when dealing with newly created or newly listed cryptocurrencies, and to support more prudent investment decisions.
Please note: the tag is only an auxiliary tool for risk indication and cannot cover all uncertainties. We strongly recommend that before investing in any cryptocurrency—especially those with a Seed Tag—you conduct your own independent research (DYOR) and fully assess your risk tolerance.
