Analysis and Solution Guide for Uncredited Deposits
When transferring digital assets from other exchanges or wallets to HIBT, you may occasionally encounter situations where your deposit has not been credited immediately. This is usually caused by the following reasons:
- Insufficient block confirmations
- Deposits made via unsupported smart contract methods
- Missing or incorrect [Memo/Tag] identification code
- Unsupported deposit coins/networks
- Token deposits under maintenance
- Deposits of delisted tokens
- Deposit amounts below the minimum deposit amount
1. Normal deposit but insufficient block confirmations, resulting in the deposit not being credited.
For normal deposits, each coin requires a certain number of block confirmations before the transferred amount is credited to your HIBT account. To check the required number of confirmations, please visit the deposit page for the relevant coin.
Reminder: Each coin has a different minimum block confirmation requirement. Please be patient if the confirmations are still pending.
2. Deposit made via unsupported smart contract method, causing failure to credit.
Currently, most coins on HIBT cannot be deposited via smart contracts. In this case, the smart contract transfer will not be recorded in your HIBT account and requires manual processing. Please submit a ticket or contact online support for assistance. The review process typically takes 1-2 business days.
3. Missing or incorrect [Memo/Tag] identification code during transfer, causing failure to credit.
Certain coins require a Memo/Tag/identification code (e.g., XLM, XRP, ATOM). If this information is missing or incorrect, your deposit will not be credited. Please submit a ticket or contact online support for assistance. The review process typically takes 1-2 business days.
What is an unfilled or incorrectly filled [Memo/Tag] identification code deposit?
A [Memo/Tag] identification code is an additional address function required for transactions to a recipient other than the wallet address itself. Coins such as XLM, XRP, ATOM, EOS, and TON require the correct [Memo/Tag] code for the transfer to be valid. At HIBT, we provide a unified deposit wallet address for coins that require [Memo/Tag]. Please ensure the correct [Memo/Tag] is entered during the deposit process to ensure accurate and secure asset delivery.
4. Deposits made with unsupported coins/address/network
4.1 Deposit of unsupported coin by HIBT
If the contract address of the coin you are depositing does not match the one supported by HIBT, even if the coin name is the same, the deposit will not be credited. This means that the coin is unsupported by HIBT. Please submit a ticket or contact online support for assistance, and HIBT will try to help resolve the issue. To check the token contract address, you can click on the contract address link to view the complete contract address.
4.2 Deposit made with an unsupported network
If the contract address of the coin matches the supported contract address of HIBT, please verify that the network you used for the deposit is correct. If the network is incorrect, the deposit will not be credited. Please submit a ticket or contact online support for assistance. HIBT will try to help resolve the issue.
To check the supported networks for a token deposit:
Please check the network information displayed in your withdrawal history on the withdrawal platform. If the HIBT deposit page does not list that network, or if the network information does not match the withdrawal platform, you can submit a form for assistance.
5. Deposits of tokens under maintenance
Some tokens may undergo periodic or occasional wallet maintenance. During maintenance, deposits will temporarily fail to be credited. Once the deposit channel for the token is restored, we will process your deposit. If it has not been credited after restoration, please contact online support for assistance.
6. Deposits of delisted tokens
If you deposited a delisted token and it has not been credited, please contact online support for assistance.
7. Deposit amount is below the minimum deposit threshold
When depositing to HIBT, you can view the minimum deposit amount for each coin on the deposit page. If the amount you deposited is below the required minimum, it will not be credited.
Reminder: Each coin has a different minimum deposit requirement, so please carefully review the page prompt before making a deposit.
Additional Reminders:
1.Some tokens may change contract addresses or support multiple blockchains. If you’re unsure about the token contract address, please contact online support for confirmation.
2.If you encounter other special cases (e.g., mistakenly depositing tokens to the HIBT hot wallet address or tokens being returned to HIBT by another platform), please contact online support. We are committed to providing you with assistance and solutions.
