(1) Normal deposit with delayed block confirmation, causing a delay in the credited deposit.
If your deposit information is confirmed to be correct but the assets have not yet been credited, you can check the deposit record on the blockchain, but due to the block waiting for confirmation, there will be a certain delay when the block is fully confirmed and synchronized to the platform wallet. Please be patient.
(2) Depositing different currencies will result in a failure to credit.
Before making a deposit, please confirm that the deposited currency is the same as the platform's currency. If the full name of the currency is inconsistent, it will lead to a failure to credit. Please contact online customer service staff for assistance with the refund process.
(3) Depositing to the wrong address and network, resulting in a failure to credit.
For example, please carefully check the deposit address and network before making a deposit. Do not deposit ETH to a BTC address, and do not deposit assets on the ERC20 network to the chain or other networks. This will result in the assets not being credited.
