Withdrawal Not Received

Fellow Hibtizens,

First, log in to your Hibt account, go to the Assets page, and click on Withdrawal to enter the withdrawal page. Then, in the upper-right corner of the withdrawal page, click “Withdrawal History” to view the latest withdrawal information. You can filter by currency, date, and status. Select the corresponding withdrawal record for review.

To check if your withdrawal was successful, look at the “Status” to see the transaction status. If it shows:

1. Withdrawal in process: It means the withdrawal request has been submitted and is waiting for token transfer confirmation.
2. Withdrawal successful: It means the withdrawal is completed, and you can click to view the transaction hash to check the transaction on the blockchain explorer.

Please ensure your withdrawal address is correct. Successful withdrawals do not mean immediate arrival; some transactions may require several blockchain confirmations. However, a successful withdrawal means the tokens have been sent to the blockchain. You can track the confirmation progress using the hash value. Once the required number of confirmations is reached, the tokens will arrive. Please be patient.
