How to Deposit Digital Assets into Hibt?

If you want to transfer digital assets from a wallet or another platform to Hibt, it only takes four steps. Let's use USDT as an example:

Step 1: Select the Deposit Currency

Open the Hibt app, click on "Deposit" on the homepage, and search or directly select USDT.

Step 2: Choose the Deposit Network

After confirming the coin, the supported deposit networks for that coin will be displayed.

For example, with USDT: Hibt currently supports multiple deposit networks for USDT. Choosing USDT-TRC20 means depositing through the TRON network, USDT-ERC20 is through the Ethereum network, and USDT-OKC is through the OKChain network. As each network has different performance, the deposit speed, fees, etc., will also vary.

Note: The choice of deposit network is crucial. While you can choose any network for deposit, these networks are not interconnected. When making a deposit, make sure the selected network for withdrawal is consistent with the one chosen on Hibt. For example, if you choose USDT-TRC20 on Hibt, ensure that TRC20 is also selected when withdrawing from the sending platform or wallet. Choosing a different network will result in a failed deposit.

Step 3: Obtain the Deposit Address

You can obtain the deposit address by saving the QR code, copying the deposit address, or sharing the deposit details.

Important: If some currencies require you to fill in Memo or Tag during the deposit, please be sure to provide this information; otherwise, the deposit may not be successful.

Step 4: Complete the Deposit Operation

Exit Hibt, open the withdrawal page on the third-party platform, select USDT, paste the copied deposit address from Hibt into the address bar, or scan the deposit QR code. Follow the platform's requirements for selecting the appropriate network and complete the necessary steps. This completes the deposit into Hibt.

The time for the deposit to reflect depends on the confirmation speed of network miners and the number of deposit confirmations required by the receiving platform. After a successful deposit, you can view the corresponding digital assets on the asset overview or deposit record page on Hibt.

Friendly Tips:

  1. Carefully check that your address is correct and ensure the consistency of the currency and network to prevent unnecessary asset losses.

  2. Deposits do not require a fee; the fee is paid by the withdrawing party, i.e., the withdrawal incurs fees.

  3. Due to the untraceable nature of digital asset transfers on blockchain networks, providing incorrect information or choosing the wrong network may result in irretrievable assets.

Glossary:

  1. Minimum Deposit Amount: The minimum amount for a successful deposit; deposits below this amount may fail or not be credited.

  2. Withdrawal Unlocking: Each deposit/withdrawal transaction requires confirmation from miners. When the deposited currency reaches the platform's specified confirmation count, it can be credited. At this point, you can use the asset for trading. Full confirmation unlocks the ability to withdraw the asset.

  3. Contract Address: Composed of a set of code (the functions of the contract) and data (the state of the contract). For example, when issuing an ERC20 token on Ethereum, a contract account is created, i.e., a contract address. It can be used to distinguish whether it is the same currency, view the balance of that token, and examine detailed contract content.
