To optimize the Futures trading experience and improve service stability, Hibt will perform an upgrade and maintenance of its Futures trading services starting at 22:00 on August 7, 2026 (UTC).

Maintenance Duration

Estimated to last approximately 60 minutes.

Affected Services

During the maintenance period, the following services will be temporarily suspended:

• Futures opening and closing (approximately 60 minutes)
• Futures account transfers (transfer in/out) (approximately 60 minutes)
• Event Contracts opening (approximately 60 minutes)
• Futures Copy Trading services (approximately 60 minutes)

User Notice:

• During the maintenance, pending Futures orders may not be matched in real time. Once the upgrade is complete, they will be matched based on the latest market price.
• Users with open Futures positions may be temporarily unable to add margin or close positions. Please manage your assets in advance.
• To avoid potential issues caused by network latency, please refrain from performing sensitive operations such as large fund transfers or Futures trading near the maintenance window.
