Hibt Futures Settlement Service Maintenance Notice (July 16, 22:00 UTC)

Dear Hibtizens,

To further optimize the Futures trading experience, Hibt will perform an upgrade and maintenance of its Futures Settlement Service starting at 22:00 on July 16 UTC.

Maintenance Duration

Approximately 10 minutes

Affected Services

During the maintenance period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

• Futures opening and closing (approximately 10 minutes)
• Futures account transfers (transfer in/out) (approximately 10 minutes)
• Event Contracts opening (approximately 10 minutes)

User Notes

• During the maintenance, pending futures orders may not be matched in real time. Once the upgrade is complete, they will be matched based on the latest market price.
• Users with open futures positions may be temporarily unable to add margin or close positions. Please manage your positions in advance.
• To avoid potential issues caused by network latency during the maintenance window, please refrain from performing sensitive operations such as large fund transfers or futures trading near the scheduled maintenance time.
