Contract clearing service maintenance notice (2026-07-05 22:00 UTC)

Dear Hibt users:
 

To optimize the contract trading experience, Hibt Exchange will begin upgrading and maintaining its contract clearing service on July 5, 2026 at 22:00 (UTC).

Upgrade time: Expected to last [5 days]minute】

Scope of impact:

1. Opening and closing positions will be paused for 5 minutes.
2. Contract transfers (in and out) will be paused for 5 minutes.
3. The event contract opening function will be paused for 5 minutes.

User Notice:

• During the upgrade, all contract orders may not be able to be executed in real time. Once the upgrade is complete, they will be matched and executed according to the latest market price at that time.
• Contract holders may be unable to add margin or close out their positions; please manage your assets accordingly.
• Please refrain from performing sensitive operations (such as large transfers or contract transactions) during periods approaching the upgrade time to avoid network delays that could cause anomalies.
