Hibt Announcement on Adjustments to Event Contracts Execution Timing and Opening Price Rules
Dear Hibtizens,
To further optimize execution consistency and user experience in second-level trading scenarios for Event Contracts, and to reduce potential misunderstandings of price near critical time points, Hibt will adjust the order execution mechanism for Event Contracts.
Starting from 16:00 on April 13, 2026 (UTC), all Event Contracts orders will follow the updated rules below:
1. Adjustment Details
(1) Execution Timing Adjustment
- Previous Rule: Orders were executed immediately after submission
- New Rule: Orders will be executed with a 1-second delay after submission
(2) Opening Price Adjustment
- Previous Rule: The opening price was based on the index price at the moment the order was successfully placed
- New Rule: The opening price will be based on the index price at the moment the order is executed after the 1-second delay
2. Important Notes for Users
- The real-time price displayed on the interface is for reference only and does not represent the final opening price
- The actual execution time and opening price will be determined by the index price at the moment the order is executed after the 1-second delay
- This adjustment only affects the execution mechanism of Event Contracts. Other trading rules and account assets will not be affected
- Users are advised to pay close attention when trading within short timeframes or near key time points, and adjust trading expectations and strategies accordingly
- If you have any questions, please contact Hibt official customer support.
Thank you for your support and understanding.
