Hibt Futures Trading Service Upgrade and Maintenance Notice (2026-03-26 22:00 UTC)
Fellow Hibtizens,
To optimize Futures trading services and improve the efficiency of Event Contracts trading, Hibt will perform an upgrade and maintenance for its Futures trading services starting at 22:00 on March 26, 2026 (UTC).
Maintenance Duration
Estimated to last approximately 20 minutes.
Impact Scope:
- Opening and closing of Futures positions (approximately 15 minutes)
- Futures Account asset transfers (approximately 15 minutes)
- Event Contracts opening function will be suspended for approximately 20 minutes, during which there may be brief periods (around 5 minutes) of high traffic or limited access to the Event Contracts page
User Notice:
- During the maintenance, all unfilled Futures orders will be temporarily paused. Once the system upgrade is completed, orders will be matched at the latest market price upon service resumption.
- Users with open positions will not be able to add margin or close positions during this period. Please check your positions in advance and manage your risk accordingly.
- To avoid potential inconvenience caused by system switching or network delays, users are advised to avoid large transfers or Futures trading activities near the maintenance window.
