Hibt Futures Trading Service Upgrade and Maintenance Notice (2026-02-11 22:00 UTC)
Fellow Hibtizens,
To continuously optimize the performance and stability of the Futures trading system, Hibt will perform a system upgrade and maintenance for its Futures trading services at 22:00 on February 11, 2026 (UTC)
Upgrade Duration
The upgrade is expected to last approximately 5 minutes, during which certain services will be temporarily unavailable.
Scope of impact:
- Opening and closing of Futures positions (approximately 5 minutes)
- Futures Account asset transfers (approximately 5 minutes)
- Event Contracts opening functions (suspended for approximately 5 minutes)
User Notice:
- During the maintenance, all unfilled Futures orders will be temporarily paused. Once the system upgrade is completed, orders will be matched at the latest market price upon service resumption.
- Users with open positions will not be able to add margin or close positions during this period. Please check your positions in advance and manage your risk accordingly.
- To avoid potential inconvenience caused by system switching or network delays, users are advised to avoid large transfers or Futures trading activities near the maintenance window.
