Hibt Futures Trading Service Upgrade and Maintenance Notice

Fellow Hibtizens,

To continuously optimize the performance and stability of the Futures trading system, Hibt will perform a system upgrade and maintenance for its Futures trading services at 22:00 on January 21, 2026 (UTC)

Maintenance Time Estimated to last approximately 30 minutes, during which some services will be briefly interrupted.

Impact Scope The following functions will be suspended during the maintenance:

• Futures opening and closing functions (suspended for approx. 30 minutes)

• Futures Account fund transfers (in/out) (suspended for approx. 30 minutes)

• Futures OpenAPI services (suspended for approx. 20 minutes)

• Event Contracts opening functions (suspended for approx. 30 minutes)

User Notes

• All pending Futures orders may not be filled in real-time during the maintenance; they will be matched at the latest market price after the upgrade ends.

• Users with open positions may not be able to add margin or close positions during this period. Please manage your positions and risk control in advance.

• It is recommended to avoid large transfers or Futures trading near the maintenance window to prevent inconvenience caused by system switching or network delays.
