To further enhance the performance and stability of our Futures trading system and improve overall user experience, Hibt will conduct a scheduled system upgrade for Futures trading services at 22:00 (UTC) on 2026-01-07.
Upgrade Duration
The upgrade is expected to last approximately 10 minutes, during which certain services will be temporarily unavailable.
Affected Services
- Opening and closing of Futures positions (approximately 10 minutes)
- Futures Account asset transfers (approximately 10 minutes)
- Futures OpenAPI services (approximately 10 minutes)
- Options trading services (approximately 5 minutes)
Please note that:
- During the upgrade, existing Futures orders may not be matched in real time. After the upgrade is completed, orders will be matched based on the latest market prices.
- Users with open Futures positions may be unable to add margin or close positions during this period. Please manage your positions and risks in advance.
- We recommend avoiding large transfers, position openings, or closings close to the upgrade time to prevent potential issues caused by network delays.
