Hibt Spot Trading Service Upgrade and Maintenance Notice (2025-10-20 17:00 UTC)

Dear Hibtizens,

To further optimize the spot trading experience and enhance system stability and market response speed, Hibt will perform a system upgrade for spot trading services starting at 17:00 (UTC) on 2025-10-20.

Upgrade Details:

• Estimated Duration: 15 minutes 
• Content: Upgrade and performance optimization of the spot market data servers

Impact:

• Spot trading, spot transfers (transfer-in and transfer-out between wallets), and spot OpenAPI will be temporarily suspended for approximately 5–10 minutes. 
• Market services may experience temporary access issues (such as K-line loading failures or network error prompts) for up to 15 minutes. 
• During the upgrade, on-chain deposits will be credited to the funding account by default and can be transferred to your spot account after the maintenance is completed.

Notes for Users:

• Please refrain from performing spot trading and transfer operations during the upgrade to avoid inconvenience caused by temporary interruptions.
• All related functions will automatically resume once the upgrade is completed—no further action is required.
