Hibt Spot Trading Service Upgrade and Maintenance Notice (2025-09-25 19:00 UTC)

Dear Hibtizens,

To further optimize the spot trading experience and add a BTC trading zone, Hibt will conduct a system upgrade and maintenance of the spot trading services starting at 19:00 (UTC) on 2025-09-25.

Upgrade Details:

• Maintenance Duration: Approximately 10 minutes

• Impacted Services:

  • Spot trading will be paused for about 3–5 minutes

  • Spot transfer operations (including transfers in and out) will be paused for about 3–5 minutes

  • Spot Market Maker API will be paused for about 10 minutes

User Notice:

• During the maintenance, deposited funds will automatically enter your funding account. After the upgrade, you can transfer them to your spot account for trading.

• We recommend completing any important trades and fund transfers in advance to avoid inconvenience caused by the temporary suspension.
