Contract Trading Service Upgrade Notice Scheduled Time: August 20, 2025, 03:00 (UTC+8)

Dear Users,

To further enhance the futures trading experience, HiBT Exchange will carry out a system upgrade and maintenance for futures trading services starting from August 20, 2025, 03:00 (UTC+8).

Upgrade Details:
    •    Estimated duration: approximately 30 minutes

Scope of Impact:
    •    Futures opening and closing functions will be suspended for about 30 minutes
    •    Futures transfer function will be suspended for about 30 minutes
    •    Futures OpenAPI service will be suspended for about 30 minutes
    •    Event Contract will be suspended for about 30 minutes

User Notice:
    •    During the maintenance period, all pending futures orders may not be executed in real time. After the upgrade is completed, they will be matched based on the latest market price.
    •    Users with open positions may not be able to add margin or close positions during the maintenance. Please make proper asset and risk management in advance.
    •    It is recommended to avoid sensitive operations (such as large transfers or futures trades) near the maintenance period to prevent inconveniences caused by network delays or order-matching anomalies.
