Contract Trading Service Upgrade Notice Scheduled Time: July 28, 2025, 03:00 (UTC+8)

Dear users,

To further enhance the contract trading experience, Hibt Exchange will conduct a system upgrade for contract trading services starting at 03:00 (UTC+8) on July 28, 2025.

Upgrade Details:

• Optimization of contract trading system performance and matching engine

• Estimated duration: approximately 10 minutes

Impact Scope:

• Opening and closing of contract positions will be suspended for approximately 5–10 minutes

• Options trading will be suspended for approximately 15 minutes

Important Notes for Users:

• During the upgrade, all open contract orders may not be executed in real time. Once the upgrade is completed, matching will resume based on the latest market price.

• Users with open positions may not be able to add margin or close positions. Please manage your assets and risks in advance.

• We recommend avoiding sensitive operations (such as large fund transfers or high-risk trades) near the upgrade time to prevent potential issues due to network delays or order processing.
