Hibt Announcement on Scheduled Spot System Upgrade on 2024-12-29 18:00 (UTC)

Fellow Hibtizens,

To enhance the user experience, Hibt will perform a system upgrade and maintenance for spot-related services on 2024-12-29 at 18:00 (UTC). The maintenance is expected to last 4 hours.

Impacted Services During Maintenance:

• Spot Trading: Spot trading, market data, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, registration, and login functions will be temporarily unavailable.
• Futures Trading: All futures services except for asset transfers will remain operational. During the upgrade, you may experience temporary account logouts. Please wait for 3–5 minutes and log in again.
• Asset Transfers: The asset transfer function will be suspended during the maintenance period.

Important Notice:

After the upgrade, APP users must download and install the latest version, as older versions will no longer be supported.
