If the payment method provided by the seller is wrong or invalid, such as insufficient digits in the bank card number or garbled card number, payment cannot be made.
You can contact the seller and ask him to provide another account number and then complete the payment. If the seller is not contacted, you can cancel the order. This situation will not affect your subsequent transactions.
2. Unable to contact the seller
Method 1: You can contact the seller through ChipPayIM, send a message or contact Hibt manual customer service to follow up and resolve the issue.

Method three: You can complain to Hibt customer service, especially if you have already paid and the seller cannot be contacted without releasing the coins.

3. The seller asked for a running water balance sheet, but the running water balance review failed.
When buying coins, the seller (merchant) may ask for a screenshot of the bank card transaction. Please actively cooperate with the seller to complete the verification. This helps ensure the security of the funds of both parties. Just like a bank requires that the account used for the transaction must be a real-name one, the transaction may not be completed without completing the transaction verification.
