How to View Authenticated Identity Information

Currently, one ID can only be used to authenticate and bind to one account. You can check your identity verification status by following these steps:

Step 1: After logging in to your account, click on the Personal Center icon in the upper left corner - [Profile and Settings] - [KYC] to enter the authentication page.

Step 2: You can see the KYC authentication information, coin withdrawal limit, etc. on the authentication page.

Step 3: One ID can only be used to register one account on Hibt. Currently, account cancellation is not supported. To re-register, follow the steps provided - [If not yet authenticated, complete the process as prompted].

Note:

1. High-quality photos are required to ensure that the information on the identification document is clear and visible.

2. Correctly fill in the same name and identification number as shown on the uploaded document.

3. Choose the same nationality and region as indicated on the uploaded identification document.
