What should I do if I forget my login password？

If you forget your login password during the process of logging into your Hibt account, please don't worry. You can log in to your account again by following the steps below

 APP： 

1. Open the Hibt app, click on the user avatar in the upper left corner of the homepage, and then click on 'Log in/Sign up'

2. Click on login and click on 'Retrieve Password' on the login page

3. Enter your account email/phone number to obtain a verification code for verification.

4. After verification, you can reset your new login password

web：

1. Open the Hibt official website, click on the "Login" interface in the upper right corner of the homepage, and select "Retrieve Password"

2. Enter your registered email/phone number and click on 'Code'

3. Enter the email verification code/mobile verification code, click [Next step] to set a new password
