Current Status: All platform functions have returned to normal, and the settlement process for delayed orders has been fully completed.
Asset Security: This incident strictly affected the timing of settlement processing. User asset security, order records, actual transaction outcomes, and final settlement results remain unaffected. All orders have been processed according to actual execution data and established platform settlement rules.
II. Special Benefit Support Arrangement
Following a comprehensive evaluation by the HIBT team, we have decided to provide special benefit support to all affected users:
Eligibility: Users affected between 21:45 and 21:58 (UTC+8) on March 23, 2026.
