HiBT Copy Trading Agreement
Dear HiBT Global Users,
By participating directly or indirectly in the copy trading services launched by the platform, you agree to abide by the terms of this service agreement, including any modifications made by this website to the agreement at any time. Therefore, please carefully read the following copy trading service terms.
1. Customer Eligibility
1.1 Customers should be qualified investors in compliance with relevant trading laws and regulations.
1.2 Customers must be at least 18 years old, possess full civil rights and capacity, and have sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the nature and risks of the products to be traded.
1.3 You are the legal owner of the funds added to your HiBT account, and guarantee the legality of the source of funds or digital assets, and must not engage in illegal activities through the platform.
2. Trading Services
You should carefully judge the authenticity, legality, and effectiveness of related Bitcoin and virtual currencies/information, and bear the responsibility and losses incurred. Unless explicitly required by laws and regulations, the platform has no obligation to review user information, Bitcoin or virtual currency information, trading behavior, and other related matters in advance.
3. Disputes and Legal Obligations
3.1 If a trading dispute occurs between you and other users during the use of the Smart/Classic Copy Trading service, and either party requests platform mediation, the platform has the right to make a judgment and settlement decision based on unilateral judgment. You understand and agree to accept the platform’s decision regarding the dispute.
3.2 You understand and agree that the platform has the right to provide your user information and transaction records to government departments (including judicial and administrative authorities) upon request. If you are suspected of infringing the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of others, the platform has the right to provide your identity information to the rights holder, regulator, or legal authorities if there is a preliminary judgment of infringement or illegal behavior.
4. Disclaimer
4.1 You acknowledge and agree that the platform is not responsible for any damages arising from the following situations, including but not limited to loss of profits, reputation, use, data, or other intangible losses (whether or not we were informed of the possibility of such damages). The platform has reasonable grounds to believe that certain users or specific transactions may involve serious illegal or breach of contract situations.
4.2 Risks related to Smart/Classic Copy Trading services, including but not limited to automatic trading operations where your account may start and end trades without manual intervention.
4.3 Delay in Smart/Classic Copy Trading may lead to high costs, and failures may occur in Smart/Classic Copy Trading.
4.4 Investment management services are chosen by you, and you decide which traders to copy or follow specific trading strategies. By making this decision, you have considered your overall financial situation, including financial planning, and understand the high risk of using Smart/Classic Copy Trading, where your potential losses may exceed the amount used to copy that trader.
4.5 The Smart/Classic Copy Trading functions I provide are for reference only. If you make an investment decision based on the information provided on our website or through the Smart/Classic Copy Trading function, you bear the risk.
4.6 You should independently assess before making an investment decision. You should make an independent judgment on whether investment strategies, products, and services meet your own needs based on your investment goals and personal and financial situation.
4.7 You are solely responsible for any losses incurred due to the automated execution of operations using the Copy Trading function.
