Hibt Announcement on the Risks of Using Third-Party Quantitative Trading Tools
Dear Hibtizens,
Recently, Hibt has noticed that some external websites and third-party platforms in the market are offering Spot, Perpetual Futures, and Event Contracts trading services under the names of “quantitative tools,” “automated trading tools,” or “strategy assistance tools.”
Hibt hereby solemnly reminds all users that, as of now, Hibt has not established any official cooperation with any third-party quantitative tools, automated trading platforms, or related websites, nor has it opened any official API access for such services.
If any external platform, website, or tool claims that it has officially integrated with Hibt, supports API trading, or provides automated trading services through a so-called “official channel,” users are strongly advised to remain highly cautious and carefully verify the authenticity of such claims.
It is particularly important to note that some third-party tools currently on the market are not built on Hibt’s official interfaces, but instead rely on simulated manual operations, script execution, or page control mechanisms to place and cancel orders. Such methods inherently involve significant uncertainty. In cases of execution deviation, response delays, logic errors, accidental risk-control triggers, or program instability, user accounts may face abnormal trading activity or even potential asset losses.
Hibt cannot guarantee the security, stability, authenticity, or actual performance of any unofficial third-party tools, and will not assume responsibility for abnormal trades, strategy deviations, or asset losses caused by the use of such tools.
Users are strongly advised to remain cautious of market promotions that advertise “high win rates,” “fully automated,” “low risk,” or “stable profits.” Please avoid trusting unverified external promotions or using unverified tools that may expose your account and assets to unnecessary risks.
To better protect your account and assets, Hibt recommends the following:
- Do not trust any quantitative tools, automated trading services, or cooperation claims that are not officially released by Hibt
- Do not provide account credentials, verification codes, device permissions, or any other sensitive information to any third-party platform, website, or individual
- Use extreme caution with any unofficial automation tools, and make sure you fully understand their operating logic, control methods, and potential risks
- If you discover any platform or individual falsely promoting services in Hibt’s name or publishing false partnership claims, please contact official customer support for verification immediately
Hibt will continue to closely monitor related situations. We also encourage all users to further strengthen their risk awareness, use unofficial tools or third-party services with extreme caution, and protect the security of their accounts and assets.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
