To enhance system security and optimize trading performance, Hibt will perform a full server upgrade starting at 2025-05-23 19:00 (UTC). During the upgrade, all platform functions — including registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, trading, and fund transfers — will be temporarily suspended.

Upgrade Details:

• Upgrade Time: Estimated to last 3 hours (the completion time may be adjusted based on actual progress).

• Scope of Impact: All services on Web, App, and API will be temporarily inaccessible.

Upgrade Content:

• Server architecture optimization

• Enhanced data encryption

• Full-scale risk control system upgrade

To protect your assets and ensure smooth trading, please take note of the following:

• During maintenance, all trading services — including spot and futures — will be paused. Open orders may not be executed and will be matched at the latest market price once services resume.

• If you hold futures positions, you will not be able to add margin or close positions during this time. Please evaluate your risk and make adjustments in advance.

• We strongly recommend canceling orders, lowering leverage, and completing fund transfers before the upgrade to avoid unnecessary losses due to latency or service interruptions.
