II. Event Rules
1. SCOUT Deposit Contest
During the event, users who deposit SCOUT tokens on Hibt and rank in the top 50 by net deposit volume will share in a prize pool of 3,000 USDT. The SCOUT deposit value will be calculated based on the market price at the time of deposit.

2. SCOUT Trading Contest
During the event, users who trade SCOUT/USDT on Hibt and meet the minimum trading volume requirement will share a prize pool of 3,000 USDT based on their trading volume ranking.

III. Important Notes
- Users found cheating or using unfair methods to claim rewards will be disqualified.
